عنوان فارسی تأثیر آموزش الگوی رفتارهای تغذیه‌ای به مادران کودکان نوپابر کیفیت تغذیه کودکان و عملکرد مادران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: تغذیه در رشد کودکان نو پا اهمیت زیادی دارد. شروع اولین گام‌های تغذیه همراه با خانواده در این سن ضرورت توجه به رفتارهای صحیح تغذیه‌ای را نشان می‌دهد. لذا این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر ارایه الگوی رفتارهای تغذیه‌ای بر کیفیت تغذیه کودکان نو پا و عملکرد مادران آنان انجام یافته است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای نیمه تجربی است که در آن 66 کودک 36 -12ماهه به صورت غیر احتمالی آسان از دو مرکز بهداشتی - درمانی جنوب تهران طی یک ماه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی مادر و کودک، سنجش عملکرد مادران در مورد رفتارهای کودک در هنگام تغذیه و یادآمد 24 ساعته مواد غذایی بود که از طریق مصاحبه مستقیم با مادران تکمیل شد. سپس الگوی رفتارهای تغذیه‌ای در سن نو پایی از طریق کارگاه آموزشی طی دو روز و هر روز به مدت 3 ساعت به مادران ارایه شد. 3 ماه پس از آموزش مجدداً از طریق پرسشنامه یادآمد 24 ساعته مواد غذایی اطلاعات جمع‌آوری و در نهایت با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی اطلاعات تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که نحوه عملکرد مادران در مورد رفتارهای کودک در هنگام تغذیه نسبت به قبل از مداخله به طور معناداری ارتقا یافته است. همچنین بین الگوی تغذیه کودکان نو پا قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری دیده شد 05/0p<. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج فوق مشخص می‌شود که ارایه الگوهای رفتاری صحیح در هنگام تغذیه کودک سبب ارتقای الگوی تغذیه‌ای کودکان نو پا و همچنین افزایش آگاهی مادران آنان نسبت به عملکرد صحیح در مقابل رفتارهای کودک به هنگام تغذیه می‌گردد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود جهت بهبود کیفیت تغذیه کودکان نو پا الگوی رفتارهای تغذیه‌ای صحیح به مادران آموزش داده شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of nutritional behavior pattern education to toddler mothers on the nutritional pattern improvement of toddlers & mothers performance
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Aim: Nutrition is a very important factor in toddler age growth. Getting started the first steps of the children with family in this period shows the necessity of paying attention to the correct nutritional behaviors. Therefore this research has been conducted for assessing the effect of nutritional behavior model on the quality of toddler&aposs nutrition and performance of their mothers.Methods & Materials: This research is a semi-experimental study, in which sixty six children (12-36 months old) were selected from two health care centers in the southern part of Tehran. The subjects were selected using non probability-convenient sampling method. The data gathering tool was 3 questionnaires: 1. Mother and child demographic characteristics 2. Mother&aposs function assessment tool about toddler&aposs behavior during feeding 3. Reminding tool of 24 hours food. The tools were filled in using interviews. Then nutritional behavior model was instructed in a workshop during 2 days, 3 hours a day. After the intervention data were recollected again and were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The results showed a significant difference in mother&aposs function about toddlers nutritional behavior during nutrition before and after the intervention (P< 0.001). Also a significant difference was seen in the toddlers nutrition pattern before and after the intervention (P< 0.05).Conclusion: Based on the research findings it can be concluded that nutritional behavior model is effective in improving the pattern of toddler&aposs nutrition and in increasing mothers&apos knowledge related to a correct function on toddler&aposs behavior during feeding. Therefore educational plan to mothers on correct nutritional behaviors is suggested in order to improving the quality of toddler&aposs nutrition.
