چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Superior vena cava syndrome (SVCS) is a clinical condition caused by the obstruction of venous return through the superior vena cava (SVC). This report presents a 71-year-old male diagnosed with central lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated by SVCS. The report details his clinical presentation, diagnostic workup, and management, including chemotherapy and symptomatic treatment. SVCS can significantly affect patient outcomes, especially in cases of malignancy, and requires timely intervention.
