عنوان فارسی طراحی و روان سنجی فرم ارزیابی مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در واحد درسی پروتز کامل عملی و بررسی میزان رضایتمندی ارزیابان (اعضای هیئت علمی) و ارزیابی شوندگان (دانشجویان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: اهمیت بالای ارزیابی عملکرد بالینی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی، انتخاب درست ابزار و روش ارزیابی متناسب با رشته، از اهداف مهم در حیطه آموزش پزشکی می‌باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر طراحی ابزار مناسب ارزیابی مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی عمومی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در واحد درسی پروتز کامل عملی بود. دومین هدف تعیین روایی و پایایی چک لیست و هدف سوم تعیین میزان رضایتمندی اعضاء هیأت علمی و دانشجویان بود. روش بررسی: چک لیست ارزیابی مهارت‌های بالینی، طی جلسات پانل تخصصی  طراحی شد. روایی و پایایی چک لیست بوسیله روایی محتوایی توسط ضریب لاوشه (CVI) (content validity index) و پایایی، به وسیله بازآزمایی و پایایی بین ارزیابان ارزیابی شد. دانشجویان (تعداد = 15 نفر) با استفاده از فرم جدید ارزیابی شدند. نهایتاً میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان و اساتید بررسی شد. اطلاعات به دست آمده به صورت توصیفی با بیان میانگین و انحراف معیار و در غالب فراوانی‌های نسبی و مطلق گزارش شد. یافته‌ها: روایی محتوایی کل چک لیست (CVI) 96/0 و پایایی بیش از 8/0 (بین 82/0 تا 97/0) ( (P< 0.05به دست آمد که موید روایی و پایایی این ابزار است. پایایی بین ارزیابان  99/0 (بین 991/0 تا 998/0) بود که توافق نظر بالای ارزیابان در نمره دهی به دانشجو با استفاده از این ابزار را نشان می‌دهد. درصد بالایی از رضایت مندی ارزیابان و ارزیابی شوندگان به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: چک لیست طراحی شده، روایی و پاپایی و رضایتمندی را در حد قابل قبولی دارا می‌باشد، به نظر می‌رسد که استفاده از آن بتواند جایگزین مناسبی برای روش سنتی Global rating جهت ارزیابی مهارت‌های بالینی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در واحد پروتز کامل عملی باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing and comparing psychometric properties of the checklist for clinical skills assessment of dental students in complete denture course and evaluation of raters’ and students’ satisfaction
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aims: Due to the very high importance of assessing the clinical performance of students, choosing the best assessment tool and method is one of the most important goals and tasks in medical education. The objective of this study was the development of a checklist for the assessment of dental students' clinical skills of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, in the clinical complete denture course. The second aim was to determine the validity and reliability of the checklist, and The third aim was the evaluation of raters' and students' satisfaction. Materials and Methods: The checklist was developed in expert panel sessions, and the validity and reliability of the checklist were assessed with CVI (content validity index) test-retest and inter-rater reliability methods, respectively. Students (n=15) were evaluated with a developed checklist. At the end of the session, the satisfaction level of staff and students were assessed. The obtained information was reported descriptively with the expression of mean and standard deviation and in the form of relative and absolute frequencies. Results: The content validity index (CVI) of the checklist was 0.96. The reliability of the checklist confirmed with a high Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (>0.8) (between 0.82-0.97) (P< 0.05). The coefficient of agreement in inter-rater reliability was 0.99 (between 0.991-0.998). Raters' and students' satisfaction earned a high percentage of satisfaction. Conclusion: The designed checklist has the optimal features of a good students' clinical performance assessment tool; it seems that using this checklist can be an excellent alternative method to a global rating scale to assess the clinical skills of dental students in the complete denture courses.
